Right of withdrawal for EU customers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. 

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. 

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Kwiggle®Bike GmbH, Altenbekener Damm 61, info@kwiggle-bike.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. Machen Sie von dieser Möglichkeit Gebrauch, so werden wir Ihnen unverzüglich (z. B. per E-Mail) eine Bestätigung über den Eingang eines solchen Widerrufs übermitteln.

In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period. 

 

Consequences of the cancellation  

If you cancel the contract, we will have to repay all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery we offer), and less any compensation obligations for damages, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract has reached us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case will you be charged with the repayment fees. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. 

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of 14 days. You have to bear the costs of return in case of cancellation. 

If the goods show damage that goes beyond the signs of use resulting from test driving and which do not permit resale at replacement value, you are liable to pay compensation for the repair of the damage. We therefore ask you to follow the operating instructions carefully, handle the goods with care and ensure that they are folded and packed correctly. We will inform you of any damage immediately upon arrival of the goods at our premises.
